Well, you shouldn't mind James' tardiness. Being the popular artist he is, he gets dozens of emails a day, so either his inbox is so swamped that he didn't get it or it's just lost in the endless sea, which is his inbox, and may take awhile for him to get back to you.
Personally I catch him on the Yahoo messenger once in a blue moon.
