I think the cd idea for folios would work out well. For one thing you do not necessarily have to pre-produce them for cons. You could have your cd images on a laptop and burn the CDs when purchased. It does not take long and in some cases if a person wants multiple folios they might all fit to one CD or DVD bringing your cost of production down.

If a tree in the forest falls on a deff mute, would it make a noise?

Hey all-

During a discussion with Des a few days ago, she had brought up an
interesting idea. Since her site is no longer online (her old parody
work website, that is), and a lot of her older work is harder to
find, she had suggested that I maybe assemble all her parody art(or
all the stuff I can still find) from ages past onto one compilation
disc. Something like this could even feature a bunch of her
unpublished/unposted parody art (if I can get her off her ass to ink
the stuff). Does this sound like something anyone would be
 interested in?

Likewise, that got me thinking. I still plan on producing any
future work on paper (I'm an old fashioned guy), but what if I made a
cd version of each folio? Or even made a "yearly" cd, featuring the
artwork (folios and prints) produced during that particular year.
And if a folio-specific disc was made, should I offer them
individually, or should I include one with each paper folio?

There are many possibilities with this, and quite frankly, I really
haven't taken the time yet to actually completely hash each one out
in detail. So I just thought I'd toss the idea up here for
additional input. Do you foresee any possible issues with such a set-
up? Any pros and cons? Let me know what you think!

sketches to send out! And next week? Artwork to mail out!
