What it does, is prevent you from easily saving the image. You can't view a
file, or a website for that matter, without downloading the contents.

To me, putting in a feature that prevents your customer from downloading the
images on the site
is a hostile thing to do, and it would make me never want to pay to visit
again.

After all, you did PAY to get in there, you should get something for your
money.

J burnal (AKA Cullen) created a web portal that has all of his art on
it that has a small fee to enter (well worth the money in my book)
but somhow the images there are protected from downloading, you
should check out his site (www.sexyfur. <http://www.sexyfur.com> com) and
see how he does it
and just make the images aviable that way.
