It's up to the artist, I reckon. I've helped a little bit with some
design pointers and such, and offered to actually flesh out the story,
but since this will actually be the artist's first comic (of more than
a page), it'll be interesting to see if he can actually pull it off.
Or maybe to find out he just bit off more than he could chew. Haha!
