Archival rights.
You are plenty free to make a copy for yourself (Unless its protected,
IE: DVDs with the CSS protection, which makes a loophole by abusing
the DMCA). However, part of the terms of that is that the archival
copy must be destroyed or given with the original if it transfers
ownership.
So, you can make a backup for yourself. You can, however, not sell
them individually, or giving them away. Giving them away is legally a
sale of goods for $0.
Know the law before you break it.
