Depends whether you mean keeping as pets, seeing at the zoo, drawing, serving for dinner, anthro forms... Despite being dragon, I don't like mammalian dragons (it looks weird...), yet quite like anthro mammalian dragons. Adding mammalian attributes to reptiles, unless in humanoid anthropomorphised form sort of looks wrong, IMHO.

Alicorn, according to Wikipedia (popular opinion does not necessarily make content correct!) is the material a unicorn's horn is made from. It is also incorrectly used to refer to horned, winged, equines, as Tashta said.
