man i hope you earned a bit of cash on commission to help pay for all those catheter insertions. it sucks that they make you get some kind of surgery to get one.

Uhhh...you do realize that by "catheter" I mean "a hose jammed up
through the urethra into the bladder", right? I might have a high
pain tolerance, but there's no way I'd be able to pull something like
that out myself. I've had two of them inserted and removed thus far
(not including the current one); I may have to request getting
strapped down for the removal procedure, since I'm a hell of a lot
stronger now than I was after the surgery. Don't want to punch the
doc in the face for doing his job, y'know.
->Yo Jim, I know exactly what your going through. I've had the "pleasure" of meeting the catheter 2x in my life due to my own stupidity and I'm not planning on getting reaquainted a 3rd time. I was surprised that I was still on the table and not doing the ceiling cling when he pulled the catheter out of me. If your stronger than you were before then getting it removed without having to be strapped down should be a walk in the park. Just grin and bear it.
