Unfortunately, there's a certain percentage of people like this in any
fandom. It's been endemic in just about any group I've ever been
involved with, from furry to SCA to glee club. And it goes to the
extreme amongst actors - ever been involved in a play's production by a
college-age group of actors? Wow, talk about drama!
There are sane people in any fandom, they just tend to be the quiet
ones, 'cause they don't have drama.

Taking them out and blasting the heck out of them with a variety of
firearms? That seems to work for some people around here, judging from
the amount of random stuff with holes in it left at one of the local
'firing ranges' - i.e. gravel pit. :-)
