Off the top of my head, i know two ways to do this, one is using Flash,  it 
does make it a bit tricky, another is to break the picture up into pieces,  
that way what looks like one picture to the user is actually a half dozen or  
more, making it tricky to save. Neither is fool proof, but they will put a  dent
