There are actually 5 chapters of "Ups & Downs", but only three were
ever printed up and released. The sequence you mention is from the
complete version of the series. If all goes well, I'll be able to
include all those unreleased pages in the upcoming compilation book I'd
like to do. It will collect all the Skunkworks stories, all the Ups &
Downs stories, and a bunch of previously unpublished and/or new
stories. I'm not sure when I'll get it ready, though, as there are a
few important things I must attend to first before working on that
project.
