I SO agree with the sentiments below. I'm an artist and have been out of it for almost two years because of health issues. That someone has the GALL to say something like that crap....jeez! Get a life. No need to say anything to anyone. And especially not whining! Jim even at his most ill, made the effort to respond to people in this group. That is more than most folks take the time to do. Myself included, I'm ashamed to say.

Thanks, Zach, for voicing what I was thinking and defending a very good person who's trying to keep up and even keeps us all posted as to what's happening in his life, when it was absolutely uneccessary.

And...hi, Jim. Glad you got surgery on the other eye now. Hope things improve. And I can't wait to see the new style in all it's glory.

  Uh.... did you think to, oh, I dunno... VISIT THE LINKS AT THE BOTTOM
  OF EVERY GROUP EMAIL THAT SAY HOW TO LEAVE OR EDIT YOUR PREFERENCES?

  Seriously, how rude! The Man works for a living and has to produce art
  while working a full-time job, which has meant longer hours and more
  labor over the past couple of years; he's had major surgery to replace
  multiple organs and had to spend time away from his art in order to
  recover; he's gone in for more surgery just recently; he's been sick;
  and his average number of portfolios, sketches, and finished singles
  per year has been just fine, since on this group, fan art has always
  supplemented what Jim produces. Quitcher bitchin and just go.
