Yeah, her name is Dinah. She's the badger from Caterwaul. There's a similar picture of Onyx from the first Skunkworks folio. Since I had drawn the Caterwaul characters quite awhile before the Skunkworks trio, I'd had several miscellaneous sketches of the various Caterwaul characters as a means to "flesh them out". The Dinah chain pull picture was an early one (obviously), which I later decided to redraw as Onyx.
