Actually, all the Caterwaul girls were drawn way before the Skunkworks stuff. Various pictures of the Caterwaul girls were sketched out as a means for me to figure out their personalities. Dinah instantly struck me as a kinky kinda gal, hence, the original "Chain Pull" picture. Since that picture wasn't being used (at that time), I decided to redraw it using Onyx (once the skunks came around).
