Well, I'm going to my first con tomorrow: Califur right here in orange
county. So far, the staff seem cool (I'm volunteering the whole weekend so I
can keep myself from hanging around the edge of the room), but I haven't met
any of the non-volunteer con-goers yet. I'll repost to this thread at the
end of the weekend with my analysis, cause I'm in that same boat as you man.
If there's some weird s*** going on, I don't want to be a part of it. I'm
just there for the art and for making some friends in the fandom, not to be
associated with child pornogrophers, people walking around in diapers, etc.
etc.
I do have to say, fursuiters are nice people, though. I can't imagine why
she dedicated a page to them, unless she thinks that that kind of
roll-playing fantasy is stupid. Care to shed some light, Jim?
Pan the surfin' otter, who needs to be behind the registration booth in 9
1/2 hours...
