If I remember correctly, I think Lori's voice was similar to that of a woman who'd been drinking Scotch and smoking since the age of four. Very rough and raspy, but no discernable accent. Listen to the song "Bette Davis Eyes" by Kim Carnes (sp?) as an example.
Natasha would sound more "glamorous" than her sisters, kinda like a celebrity (which she is, in her own mind). Graceful speech and lots of flirting with that one. Onyx would have a bubbly sort of voice, typical of a cheerleader or a girl who doesn't quite know what's going on around her. She's not dumb, but her speech is girly and carefree sounding.
--JMH, who scrapped the plans of making a Skunkworks cartoon ages ago. Too much work, and no way I'd ever see a return with all the internet piracy going on...

Even sentence structure and diction helps. For example, Lori. He language is that of southern touch... but I could imagine a Cali Girl voice, since it is Florida.
