There just isn't enough time and/or resources to take on such a project, unfortunately. I have a hard enough time trying to get anthro work done as it is! I'm sure if I wasn't actually drawing as a job, I'd probably be able to draw more anthro stuff, but I'm not about to knock the income mainstream art has been generating for me.
I do want to do an animation, however. It just won't be something as large as what I originally intended. That was a bit of a pipe dream, looking back at it. But oh well.
