Thanks, man! The style I'm going for in the new work is similar to the style used in the Valencia portrait. I have done sketches of the "hyper-realistic" stuff, but because the characters look very...different...in that version, I may only use it once in awhile.
Yeah, I always laugh whenever I see someone make the comment that my stuff hasn't changed since I started drawing this stuff back in the 1990's. Obviously, they don't look around much. I can notice distinctive changes between the Skunkworks 1 and Skunkworks 4 folios, as well as stylistic changes between numbers 5 and 6 (I won't include "Animated" since I didn't ink that one). I'll post some linework within the next day or two.
And maybe....something else... ;)
