I believe Ms. Belanger's claims that no information is given until she
arrives on site and performs a cold read. Also, my own reactions and
experiences with such things closely echo those shown (essentially,
illnesses and obsessions radiating from such entities are experienced
directly by those who are open or susceptible to such things).

As for the "beer can haunting", I haven't seen that PRS uses
thermographic cameras, just the near infrared "night vision" filters.
Which episode was this, and how was the cold spot presented on camera?
I'd like to watch that one, myself to compare to other episodes.
