I dunno if that could be generalized, since there are so many species, and they all certainly don't have the same abilities. Horses are damn near tops for manual labor because of their strength and size. Felines are extremely agile and well suited to feats of gymnastics. Canines are excellent hunters. Birds and bats have the ability to fly, and bats also have the ability to use echolocation. Different species have different hearing ranges, as well.
