Well, lining mail is standard, even for non furs. Helps prevent pinching and chafing. But taking the measurements for the fitting would be fun! ;p
There is no such thing as a dream that you cannot obtain.
You may have to work for it, however.

Furs in chain mail? Do you know what chain mail does to hair or fur? It would have to be lined inside with fabric to just be wearable as the fur would get snagged and yanked all over when they moved. Very painful.

I could see where there would be more tailors and the like to custom fit clothes and other accessories. Their economy would certainly be better than our real world one as a society with more small businesses than large conglomerates would be far more stable with a greater dispersion of wealth.
That being said, would the trio or any of the other tasty ladies like to be fitted for custom mail armor? ;)
