Heh, now who wouldn't want to rest their head
between two boobs 8 inches across? Now that's
a pillow.

A good rendering question.

Depends on how Onyx's breasts are to be rendered to
the human model; they can be B, C, or anything.
It doesn't have to be a rigid mechanical size
change; but if cup size does change, bust and
bra sizes change too. (Ya just have to know
how.)

Experiment and think how the visual aspects would
change - it's good perspective practice; for example,
will the breasts spread apart, or stay the same
distance apart; how will they look, over-all, on the
character - (top heavy), etc.

A few things to note for good rendering practice:

1) Bra cup volume is not really breast mass volume;
yet they are related. Changing Cup size while keeping
breast mass volume constant causes bra band and bust
size to change. Ex: Onyx's 36C bra size would become
on human model a 38B bra size - for constant mass
volume; Onyx's bust would be 39, human model 40!

2) Bra size 36C is not the same thing as a Bust size 36C.

3) A 32C and 36C, bra band size, do not have the
same bra volume.

4) A 30D has the same bra volume as a 36A.

(Also, remember that the garment industry has no real
bra size standards. Weird - isn't it.)

5) Notice that how far the breasts extend from the chest
wall is not given - Shape of breast mass volume determines
that: Spherical, cone, cylinder, cow teat (moooooo), etc.
(Bust size can give a very rough, ballpark number. More
a rule of thumb than math.)

Happy breast rendering.
