I picked up a copy at Anthrocon 2004, along with a copy of the "Snapshots" 'folio. I'm very glad I did!

I have no idea where you might find a copy, man. They've been sold out for years. The book was published in September 2002, if I remember correctly. There are plans to reprint the collection, along with Ups & Downs and several unpublished comics, but no date has been set.
