oh thats nothing try being a reptile dry skin and you must shead all that skin too, oh what a mess eh and put cream on it to keep it nice....and after a bath or shower you would have to put skin cream on it and then theres your claws ....i had 5 reptils as pet and yes skin pulgs the tub up good

  The fur+shower problems do have some solutions, the three big ones being:

  Furries are likely to not need to clean their entire bodies as often as
  humans, this reduces the amount of shampoo used to a more reasonable amount.

  Much of the fur that would otherwise be shed in the shower is dealt with by
  brushing/combing.

  Easily cleaned fur traps for the fur that does come off in the shower,
  possibly combined with wider drains.

  As for the drooping wet fur look, that is strongly influenced by both the type
  and length of fur. Otter look fine wet, as do short-hair breeds of dog, OTOH
  a snow leopard is not going to do so well.
