      Very true indeed. Here's my breakdown:



North: Bear

East: Raven (Also sacred to the Morrigu, Celtic goddess of war, whom I follow)

South: Coyote

West: Wolf

Above: Bat

Below: Badger

Center: Tiger



Badger is probably why I'm so facinated with stories, as he's the storyteller and lorekeeper, like the bards of old Europe.



There's a great book on what the different animals represent, and it's called Animal Speak. I forget the author, but it's got quite the extensive list.
