And I don't think the blackberry responds to threats or gives two flicks of a skunk's tail.
And if the bruise is only blue, you haven't hit it hard enough. Black means far more trauma to the impact area, or the really horrible ones (that don't result in external bleeding) are yellow - they very deep and slowly go black/blue in a few days as the bruising comes to the surface...
Maybe it'll be Penance's eternal task to hunt down and castrate (or just exterminate) people who initiate spam... O_o
