I reckon it was mostly aimed towards the long-time readers of the comic, and was intended to reaffirm them that the comic would not get as graphic as the Skunkworks comics were, just because the same artist is drawing them. You'd be surprised at how many people don't know I've drawn a lot of G- and PG-rated stuff...
