I've had to put Caterwaul on a temporary hold for the time being due to 2 things. One, I need to have a portion of the second issue completed before I even submit the first issue. This will give me a little breathing room in the production schedule. Once the first issue comes out, I MUST be able to provide three issues a year. And two, I recently got involved in producing the artwork for a series of children's books. I've had to draw up character designs (quite a few, actually, until a decision was reached), as well as determine a style for the artwork. It has been taking a decent amount of my time and attention, unfortunately. The kid's book stuff has taken time away from my regular mainstream art production, and I've actually skipped out on a couple of art shows this year (no new material). Once the kid books are set up onto a schedule, then I'll be able to get back to the anthro stuff. But again, once the Caterwaul book comes out, I'll be required to adhere to a strict schedule for its release, and it's important that I make sure I can accommodate that schedule.
And yes, the cover will be the same as what is shown on the site. (I'm also aware that the summer is nearly over and the site isn't up yet. Alas, "furry" must take a back seat to "the job", since "the job" is the one necessary to cover my bills!)
