I happen to know several transgendered persons, and in fact quite a
number of "unusual" persons. You seem terribly uneducated in the
related etiquette and behavior which would show respect for them as
people. Transsexual, intersex, and cross-gender persons (as opposed to
cross-dressers) are best addressed by the gender reference they choose
for themselves, regardless of their appearance; this reflects the
internal gender mindset, which quite often fully functions as the
gender these people choose to express. Effectively, "trannys" *are*
their desired gender, and it's the outside of the body that has
refused to cooperate.
