One of my characters briefly had a stalker back in the late 90's in Yahoo!'s "Ayenee". For some reason, someone felt my foxwolf character was interesting enough to watch for a while before approaching him IC, which resulted in my pooping out a story about his earlier dealings with fur-traders as a viable explanation for his not initially responding to her attention. The short version is they specialized in "ready-made" custom fursuits for wealthy sickos, using a genetic modification which created a subcutaneous layer so the *cough*donor*cough* could be skinned repeatedly, leaving minimal seams in the finished "product". As I recall, she was suitably disgusted by the whole story. >:) To this day I still don't know where the whole idea came from..it all just fell together on the fly. Funny thing is, that 'coon ended up being my girlfriend for the last 10+ years, and counting. :D
