    I highly doubt it. Even if the science was up to the task, you'd have to
deal with groups who would state it's against religion/against
science/against better judgment, whatever. If we humans cannot even get
along with our own kind, do you really think we'd get along with another
sentient species? Our own nature condemns us and limits us, I'm afraid.
