Did that last night. Changed it to google's public DNS.
For anyone whose still having trouble try it: (I'm on windows xp)
Go into control panel, network connections, right click your internet connection - properties, click internet protocol - properties, (on mine its the general tab but the guide I found said networking) but there is an option to use a specific DNS address if there is anything already it's suggested to write it down in case this doesn't work but the google public dns is 8.8.8.8(set as prefered) or 8.8.4.4(set as alternate).
After that reboot your connection then check a site you KNOW is working if it goes through make a bookmark of the page and then try using the bookmark. If all goes well you'll be able to get to the comic.
