I'm using Dragon decade. Not sure if it's the newest version or not.
Funny thing is you see these programs advertised on TV and commercials like a guy at college in an auditorium and the program is dictating the speakers discussion word for word in a text document you could do anything close to that with this program LOL. I'll try and look through the files section but so far haven't had much luck.
