If you didn't pay for the site, even better percentage return! ;-)  But advertising an upcoming auction, of any of your original works, _will_ attract attention.  More time the grapevine has to work, the better your end results. :-)

>Most of the color stuff is just partially-finished work.  I would get so far on a picture before I realized I didn't like the way a certain color combination of blending technique was working, so I'd just start over.  People who use Photoshop don't have to worry about that.  There's no CTRL-Z in real media.  ;)

Though you can with airbrush to some degree, but it can be heart-breaking work!  Inks, pretty much nope...  But it does show that to get the awesome work, even from someone with your skills and experience, artists still have to create a lot of 'bad' work to get the great works.  No such thing as 'every piece is perfect'.

Yes, you are correct - it was the Des rants I was mistaking.  That's funny too, even if a bit sad due to the nature of its origins.  More people need to get out more often (gets you Vitamin D that way too).

>Eh, they're just sketches, so I don't imagine they'll go for too much.  Although, there are probably certain ones that will go for more than others!

I still reckon it will be worth your while - keep you in pads of paper for a few more months. :-p

On a side note,  good New Year pic - nice detail and keeping all characters in scale to each other is very difficult in multi-character pictures, especially with that many characters!

With Penance fighting the Incubus, doesn't Penance have 'feral' form, which I believe has a pic posted on the group.  When does she use (or why didn't she use) that form?  Thought bigger and tougher would have been 'the go' with demonic battles.

Oh yes, S, good to see you are putting some energy into starting down the drawing path.  You start out tracing and colouring other's work, then slowly move on to sketching, inking and rendering.  Best way to get a new picture is take one out of your head and put in on paper!

Scrapper, Black Dragon, only seeming to reply when busy with other stuff...
