That was a spoof villian character from an Onyx-drawn comic (crudely drawn, I might add), in which Onyx and her sisters are super-heroines and Jim and Des are made out to be the bad guys. The "Amish" bit comes from the fact that I used to wear just a beard, much like the Amish do. That, however, has been gone for over a decade, so it wouldn't really apply nowadays!
