She's saying "I bet that guy Michael is going to ask what I'm saying in this picture." ;)
Just kidding. It's actually a smaller side profile picture of her, with the notation "7 heads high". Just little notes to myself I make while sketching, so I don't lose the thought.
I would venture to say about 95% of these images are one-of-a-kind sketch-only pieces. I draw close to 100 pictures a month. I ink or complete perhaps 8. A few of the sketches were scanned in earlier for the Collection CD, so some will be viewable on that.
