Yeah, this was just a snippet of a sequence which was written into the story. There are LOTS of pages before and after these two featured pages, trust me on that!

She's probably still thinking like she's in her native body, demanding the victim strip down. Except in this case, the guy gets out of the car and runs away before Penance realizes there's no way her stubby legs can hope to catch him! Lesson learned the hard way!
