I did have a little plumbing problem that left 12+ in in the crawl space.

In southwest Chicagoland, we did have some flooding several months ago (my basement got hit. Since that time, lots of hot sunny weather intermixed with rainy weather, including several sunshowers. Today on June 2 we got a shockingly cold day, along with rain.
