There is a reason why I prefaced my answer with the assumption that the shape
of the glass would prevent the ice plug from sliding in.

If the plug can freely slide it would act like any other piston material and
we can neglect the effects of vapor pressure as it will be below 0.611 kPa,
(~0.006 Atm).
