Hey Jim!
 
You either have a really good imagination (evidenced by your art!) or you have been working on this for a long time! Either way it's an awesome read! You have some interesting points that a lot of people don't often consider. I do like how religion is handled though. Were it only so in real life! Now I suppose the only thing I want to know is where I can get a ticket to this place!!!

These three pages, while still only the beta versions, should help to answer some of those questions. As for "regression", there is a medical condition in their world which does cause individuals to be feral. It it believed to be genetic, and starts when the subject is only a couple years old.
