In the original version of "By The Tail" (where there were humans and anthro characters in the cast), she did have a younger brother who had been hit by a car and killed. A few strips had been sketched out about it, but that was over 20 years ago. Once Des took the comic over, the human cast members were dropped and so was Melody's brother.
So for all intents and purposes, and relative to the current version of the series, she is the only offspring of her parents.
