MAY HAVE FOUND BETTER SOLUTION!!!
There is a setting for the Yahoo email that allows you to change from the "look & feel" from "Full Featured (Recommended)" [by yahoo of course] to "Clasic"
You will have to search for it under the gear if your in the NEW look in the gear icon...
if there is a similar setting in the group management settings it MAY fix EVERYTHING!
Wishing Jim & the Mods luck

Works fine with the latest ver. of Firefox (24.0).
Windows OS ver. doesn't matter. Not a clue about MAC or
Linux users though.
Cheers

Yeah, I didn't think about that. Oops. I'm running
Windows XP with the latest Firefox version and it worked
fine. I do not know about any others, however. I don't
spend much time on the computer, but I could probably dig
around and see if there are other versions.

"PLUGIN" would include the version of Fire Fox,
what operating system & version (Winblows XP or 7 or 8
etc, Linux {Flavor & version}, MAC "version number
or name" & so on...) This way if other people
attempting to install this plugin have issues that can get
better help debugging it from the publisher, Firefox, there
OS maker or there PC manufacture later.
