Unless the amount of image data becomes extreme (over 15GB), a fancy
page can easily be hosted on GAE combined with Picasa for free without
worry. Daily bandwidth limitations, but unless somebody goes sucking the
entire archive down about 10,000 times a day, it's not an issue. More
the issue is getting the collection together.
