The reason it is a reduced image is that it is an extract from the By The Tail comic strip, done in black & white by JMH. s_jo41 has an unhealthy obsession with Trixie and has coloured just that part of the image that he is enthused about and uploaded it for us to see.
Good to see you're having a go s_j041 - should see if you can colourise the whole comic page -that would be worth while. Since they are a limited set, you could even do the whole By The Tail series if you feel inspired.
