Though I suspect he was asking more along the lines of whether the characters from By The Tail were likely to feature in the tribute picture Shawntae is doing - that is one that pretty much only Shawntae can answer!
As for ongoing stories or pictures, I suspect some of the core characters of Jim's will live on with fan art, but I will be surprised if the less well know such as By The Tail will be represented. Mostly due to Skunkworks high level of exposure and popularity. I'll be similarly surprised if Caterwaul is prevalent either.
