Trixie & the group.

Just looking at the group creation date - 28/Sep/2001 - 15 years ago!

I remember joining back then - damn have things changed! From personal, to the internet and how it is used to the world in general, as well as losing Jim.

It is probably time to let Trixie go. Even if you were 10 years old when you joined the group and discovered and fell in lust for Trixie, you are now legally old enough to go forth and have a full relationship with a real girl. Otherwise you desperately need to get out more...

JMH and I were about the same age, so could sort of relate with some of our life developments. But it is a real thought-starter that being where I am now, it could all end tomorrow (though am blessedly not afflicted with the illnesses Jim had).

I remember a shortened version of this poem; I love clocks.

The Clock Of Life

The clock of life is wound but once,
And no man has the power
To tell just when the hands will stop
At late or early hour.

To lose one's wealth is sad indeed,
To lose one's health is more,
To lose one's soul is such a loss
That no man can restore.

The present only is our own,
So Live, Love, toil with a will --
Place no faith in 'Tomorrow' --
For the clock may then be still.
