If Angry Viking Press is not able to finish the task, I wonder if there is someone else out there who can? Printing primarily, as there are sites such as Second Ed Mail Order, Rabbit Valley and probably other small operators who would sell this sort of stuff, even if it were for limited release.
It would require someone with control of the artwork / publishing rights to be able to step in and take back the 'master' so it can be printed elsewhere.
Cheetah - do you know if Pauline Hardiman or Jim's brothers have rights control of the master?
If we can get control of the master, it can then be arranged to printed, etc.

Which really sucks for those of us who backed the original AVP
kickstarter way back when.
