As good a place to ask as any...
Allowing no one has ever replied about the Collected Skunkworks, I suspect that chances of Caterwaul being available, other than by download from a forum, is extremely unlikely.
It is sad that no one with any access wanted to find someone who could actually do the job and sell books, as Ed Zolna from Second Ed Mailorder sold Jim's stuff pretty much from the start, so could have got him to retail (and he's super reliable), so all that was really needed was a publisher.  I suspect bankrolling the project is the other issue, thought would have returned reasonable numbers I would expect.  Depends on whether anyone wanted Jim to have a lasting legacy, or fade into history as so many other artists have.

Unsure if this is the place to ask, but does anyone know what happened with the planned Caterwaul release? I know Jim said the majority of the first few issues were already inked and written, with only the text needing to be formatted into speech bubbles and resized, but beyond that it seems like I can't find anything at all about the series online. AVP has been AWOL for the last few years as well, so I doubt they'd be of help.

Speaking of which, is it even possible to find the old 90s issues anywhere. Apparently they were a physical run only, with only a few 1000 issues overall.
