I'm calmed down. We're cool.

It was the "put the bars down in the playpen" that I found
particularly stabbing at my maturity...but yes, let's drop it.

I can understand that, but there is of course a difference in doing
your job and the job doing *you*. I suspect that you started to
get "Hardcore Authority Syndrome" for a while, it usually strikes
young security guards and policemen (and of course others in
authority). Untreated, it can turn the most benign, harmless person
into a real hardass. Look at it this way, at least you're not a Drill
Sergeant :P

I've been meaning to address this. Anyone who does not want to get
tons of this stuff in their e-mail always has the option of turning
OFF the "Send group messages via E-mail" option. When I joined the
group, I noticed there were well over 500 messages already and knew
better than to allow Yahoo! to send me the messages via e-mail (I get
enough spam as it is without asking for it!).

Sure thing, Thy. Glad we're at least on good terms again :-)

Yeah, well you should of course learn from Shrek that not all ogres
are bad, either. They have "layers"...
And how convenient that you would bring it up too, because I only
recently rented the "Shrek" DVD (after seeing the movie in the
theater shortly after it came out and loving it!) and just can't get
enough of it.

to the dragon castle surrounded by lava.
