If you do decide to follow this food advice, try what a roomie once
showed me. For years I would never touch spinach, cause all anybody
had ever tried to get me to eat was that nasty canned shit.
Then once when shoping he showed me unrpocessed spinach in it's
original leafy state in the salad/produce section. He mixed spinach
with a plainish salad (lettuce carrots, and little onions, and
whatever dressing prefered. He used to eat one per day, kinda got me
on the wagon as well (though I only had 'em once every three days or
so.)
