Though it could be like youth and being reckless, etc.
You do it initially because you've never been allowed
to, smoke, drink, sex, etc. Then once you've 'been
there' and 'done that', the novelty wears off and you
calm down.
Maybe this is true for children exposed to the
sex/violence at a younger age such as in Japan, and
since kids learn quicker, they get over it all sooner
and get on with life. Once it becomes common place,
no one looks any more.
But the question is just how much experience do you
need till you calm down. With Lori, it could be a
LONG wait...
